- Recovery Action - This modification is issued to obligate American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (Recovery Act) of 2009 funds for the purpose of supporting the revitalization of the workforce of the National Nuclear Data Center. This is additional funding to further the work funded under modification A137 and converts a part-time position to full-time to address staff shortages of the U.S. Nuclear Data Program. The work under contract DE-AC02-05CH11231 is research and as such is done on a cost reimbursement basis as it is impossible to determine actual costs with enough certainty to award on a fixed-price basis.
