- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army, REDCOM, Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army Soldier System Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate a purchase order on a sole source basis to DSM Dyeema, 5900 Martin Luther King Jr HWY, Greenville NC 27834. This is for the purchase of 750MR Cross Plied Unidirectional Material HB80. DSM Dyneema presently and only company has the technology and ability to demonstrate the required technology, due in part to Intellectual Property issues and in part to other Proprietary intellectual Property issues.
