NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W31P4Q-09-Q-0028 is being issued as a request for quote; however, the US Army Aviation and Missile Command intends to issues a sole source award to CompuFlow Solutions, 780 W Kent Place, Chandler, AZ 85225-6549 for the purchase of Automation Upgrade of Two Bell Provers one a 10 cubic foot and the other a 2 cubic foot. Delivery shall be within 90 days after contract award with inspection/acceptance at destination and FOB destination. The provisions of FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52-212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252-232-7003, 252-212-7001 applies to this solicitation. Payment will be made via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) in accordance with DFARS 252.232-7003. See numbered note 22.
