- This is a pre-solicitation notice for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision for the repair of a concrete sidewalk at the north border of the park grounds on Washington Avenue; this work includes required roadway curbing and landscape repair. This notice also includes the work for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision to reestablish a median curb at the south border of the park grounds by realignment of the curb away from the intersection to allow adequate turning space onto Poplar Street. The location for this project(s) is Jefferson National Expansion Memorial, 11 North 4th Street, St. Louis, MO. The NAICS code is 237310. The small business standard is $33.5 million. The estimated price range for this project is between $25,000.00 to $100,000. Contractors are urged to visit the site for a complete understanding of existing work conditions.
