- Furnish labor, equipment, supplies and materials, except for specified Government furnished property, to complete the stock water delivey system described in the drawings and specifications. Bid Schedule items are as follows:1) Trenching, backfilling & compacting - common, 10935 feet;2) PVC Pipe, Class 200, 1 1/2 inch dai, 10935 feet;3) 1.5 inch curb stop valve assembly, 2 each;4) Air Relief Valve Assembly, 11 each;5) Watering Assembly, 2 ea;6) Water Trough Assembly, 2 ea Work under this contract is located in Northern Petroleum County, Montana. This is set aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 237110. Small business size standard is $33.5 million. A site tour has tentatively been scheduled for August 25, 2009. More information regarding the site tour can be found in the solicitation which will be posted on 8/13/2009. The period of performance is 65 days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Work will start on/about 9/21/2009. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. A 100% payment protection will be required for contracts greater than $30,000.00. Payment protection will be due upon notification of our intent to make award. Payment protection can be submitted by an Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Certificate of Deposit, or Payment Bond. The solicitation will be posted on/about 8/13/2009. No hard copies of the solicitation will be sent out by this office and will be available at "https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/". The reference number is L09PS01144. Response date for quotes will be on/about 9/11/ 2009. Please check the solicitation for all required documentation to be submitted. Prospective contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR and ORCA databases will make an offeror ineligible for award.
