- Appendix C Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The government intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Chem-Aqua for the acquisition of Non-personal services to remove and re-bed the resin in a DI Water System. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All qualified sources interested in this requirement should submit quotes along with CAGE Code, DUNS Number, Taxpayers ID, and Point of Contact information to: Barbara Freeman, Contract Specialist at barbara.freeman@robins.af.mil. All respondent offerors must be registered in www.ccr.gov in order to be eligible for contract award. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-33, 15 July 2009, DFARS Change Notice 20090715. NAICS Code: 325199 Place of Performance: Robins AFB, GA FOB Destination CLIN 0001, One-time non-personal service to include all labor, parts, tools, materials and transportation necessary to remove and re-bed the resins in the DI Water System IAW attached Statement of work.
