Description
Flyer for Orlando, FL DHS OIG UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT General Services Administration Seeks Leased Space in ORLANDO, FL REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease 3,594 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) to yield 3,125 ANSI Boma Office Area Square Feet (ABOASF). The Government requires a fully serviced lease. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district in a professional office building with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Subleases are not acceptable. DELINEATED AREA: North: Lee Vista Blvd. South: Beachline Expressway East: Goldenrod Road West: Semoran Blvd. REQUIRED: Parking Requirements: 5 reserved secured parking spaces on-site. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The space must be within the same building, contiguous on the same floor and above the first floor. Any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building’s ownership. Include whether the site is located in a flood zone and if so, please indicate the type of zone. LEASE TERM: Term is for 10 years, with 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after the 5th year on 60 days notice. Proposed occupancy date is September 15, 2010, or earlier if feasible. OWNERS/AGENTS: We plan to schedule your appointment for August 27, 2009.
