Description
Electronic & IT Accessibility Standards Evaluation - deliverables conformance requirements Past Performance Questionnaire (see Evaluation Factors attachment, Factor #2 for descriptive information on the Past Performance Questionnaire) Evaluation Criteria that offerors will be assessed on. Statement of Work This combined synopsis/solicitation is being publicized in order to obtain quotes from potential small business offerors who can provide training course development and instructor led training for the upcoming March 23-25, 2009, Internal Revenue Service Acquisition Planning Conference. The conference will be held from 8:00 - 4:00 p.m. at the New Carrollton Federal Building, located at 5000 Ellin Road, Lanham, MD 20706. The training format will be general sessions in an auditorium and breakout sessions in classrooms. Based upon prior conferences, the number of attendees in each breakout session will range from 60 to over 100, and is based upon the level of interest in specific topics. A general session and concurrent breakout training sessions will be held during each day of the three-day conference. All interested parties shall review the attached Statement of Work (SOW), which provides detailed requirements, including delivery schedule, for this solicitation. All offers shall be written to an exact match of the details listed in the SOW. All offerors shall become familiar with the attachments as they provide additional information on what will be required during the solicitation phase and post-award. It is anticipated that a contract award shall be issued on Friday, August 14, 2009. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. The IRS reserves the right to award multiple contracts in response to this solicitation. The IRS shall provide Government Furnished Property (GFP) including materials, equipment and/or information in conjunction with the required performance under this contract. Small Business entities on schedule shall indicate their GSA schedule number within the quotation. Offerors with a GSA award schedule will be given preference. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The period of performance will be from the date of award to March 25, 2009.
