- Description
- Procurement of Upgrade Controls for Six Furnaces in accordance with Purchase Request 09-30-1010, dated June 16, 2009. The contractor shall ship to Customer’s facility FRC East Receiving Officer in Cherry Point, NC. Quantity is 6 each. Solicitation will be solicited as Sole Source (FAR 6.303.2), unrestricted utilizing other than full and open competition procedures. Contractor shall be responsible for shipping/training and perform a complete turnkey installation. QAP 208 applies for this requirement. FOB at Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is 98 days after receipt of order. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, technically acceptable and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is August 25, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Intranet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.dla.mil/RFP to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Choose the RFP you wish to download.
