- Justification & Approval Special Notice Date: 30 July 2009 North American Industrial Classification Standard:541618 -Other Management Consulting Services Contracting Office: DCMA HQ, 6350 Walker Lane, Alexandria, VA 22310 Point of Contact: Nicole James at Nicole.James@dcma.mil Closing and Response Date - 6 August 2009 @ 1:00pm The Defense Contracting Management Agency (DCMA) Procurement Office intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Corporate Executive Board, under the authority of the 41 U.S.C. 253©(1) for the annual subscription and training. The Corporate Executive Board provide subscriptions that serves Senior IT leaders and their staff by focusing on the case study approach, providing insights into proven practices from IT leaders and highlighting actual results. The Council also addresses member's unique needs by conducting customized projects on their behalf. The period of performance is one year after award. Interested parties who feel that they possess the capabilities to satisfy this requirement should submit a capability statement demonstrating their abilities to meet this requirement. The information received in response to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement to exercise the option. Please send your documentation to Nicole James at the office identified above, or by e-mail to Nicole.James@dcma.mil. Documentation should be received within 7 calendar days, after that date of Publication of this notice to be considered by DCMA. A determination by the DCMA not to compete this exercised option based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions.
