- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose of this solicitation is to find perspective vendors who are willing to bid on this solicitation in a reverse auction. I am not accepting quotes at this time, instead I will be asking you to contact me if you are interested in quoting these products through the reverse auction process.
