- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W911SA09R0015. Requirement for award of a firm-fixed price contract to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for mold remediation and water damage restoration, Fort McCoy, WI in accordance with the specifications, drawings and conditions contained in the Request for Proposal. The project magnitude is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Bid Bond will be required with proposal and Payment and Performance Bonds will be required after award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238990 with a small business size standard of $14 Million. This Request for Proposal will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. Quote documents will be available electronically at www.fedbizops.gov on or about 22 April 2009. Telephonic, written, faxed, or electronic request for hard copies of quote documents will be denied. Interested parties must access the web page for issuance of the Request for Proposal, associated documents, and any amendments that may be issued. Contractors will NOT be directly notified of amendments. The Offer due date will be on or about 14 Sept 09. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. Offers will be evaluated on technical, past performance and price. The solicitation will provide information as to what must be submitted for evaluation.
