- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR UNDER AN EXISTING SINGLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (SATOC). The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, intends to issue a RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR UNDER AN EXISTING SINGLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (SATOC). The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price Task Order W912DQ-08-D-0064-0004 using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds. SATOC was originally competed under solicitation number W912DQ-08-R-0057 and awarded to A&H/Lakeshore JV, LLC (CAGE: 56KG2) for the Kansas City District, US Army Corps of Engineers, within the Wichita Area and McConnell Air Force Base, Kansas. PROJECT INFORMATION: This is a Design-Build for the conversion of the existing heating system within Building 1106 from steam and hot water conversion to hot water only. The existing system employs steam boilers and steam piping to hot water converters. The replacement system will utilize hot water and piping sized for hot water to existing hot water equipment connections in the building. System shall be designed to normally operate at 140 degree supply, 110 degree return but be capable of 180 degree supply in colder conditions. The Air Force Project Number is PRQE 07-4133 and Office of Secretary of Defense Line Number is OSD 719.
