- Request for Quotation for CCTV Equipment at the EPA The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Federal Protective Service (FPS), intends to provide direct support to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for the upgrade of their existing CCTV system, DHS is to support EPA’s security initiatives and to make sure that the new system will comply with the different directives and mandates to include Homeland Security Presidential Directive 5 (HSPD5), HSPD7, HSPD8 and other standards such as Energy Efficiency and Interoperability. 2. The Environmental Protection Agency occupies approximately 1.9 million square feet of rentable space within the Federal Triangle Complex (FTC). EPA facilities within the FTC include: the Ariel Rios North and South Buildings, EPA East and West Buildings, Connecting Wing for EPA East and West Buildings and space within the Ronald Reagan Building. The Security Management Division (SMD), Security Operations Branch (SOB) is responsible for the security of EPA facilities within the National Capitol Region, to include those located within the FTC.
