- Solicitation number is SPM4A6-09-R-0777, IQC09209009052, Stock Number, 5365-01-371-6221, Spacer, Sleeve. Unit of Issue is each. Solicitation is Unrestricted, Other than full and Open Competition. Surge and Sustainment is applicable. NSN is Non-commercial and Not a Critical Safety Item. NSN is a Critical Item application. The approve source of supply is DRS Sustainment systems, Inc: Cage 98255, Part Number; SW33784. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one (1) year plus four (4) option years. Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 1032 each. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and each option year is 516 each. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year thereafter is 129 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 516 each. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Requested delivery is 137 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation Anticipated issue date is August 13, 2009 with a closing date of September 14, 2009.
