- RECOVERY: PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ASPHALT PAVING, CONCRETE SIDEWALK REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT, SWEETWATER, WYOMINGTHIS PROJECT IS FUNDED FROM THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) (RECOVERY ACT) OF 2009.The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to issue a Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for the construction of asphalt paving, concrete sidewalk removal and replacement, located in Sweetwater, WyomingThe North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237310, with a standard size of $33.5M.The cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The anticipated period of performance is 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.This acquisition will be advertised as a HubZone set-aside under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
