- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) intends to procure services for Professional and Administrative Support Services at the headquarters in Fort Belvoir, VA and other sites located within the continental United States. The contractor shall provide the personnel necessary to perform professional and administrative services, which include an Event Coordinator and Desktop Publisher/Editors. It is anticipated the requirement will be a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinity Quantity contract with a 5 year base ordering period. Award will be based on best value. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210, $35.5M. The solicitation will be released via FedBizOpps on or before August 31, 2009. This requirement will be a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation and amendments, will be distributed through the FEDBIZOPS website. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.
