CAD drawings of the base and location of site Site Visit information Official Request for Quote This is a combined synopsis/solicitation of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). Submit written offers via fax or email(oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ # F3V3E69202A002. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE under the North American Industrial Classification Standard code #314110 and Small Business Size Standard 500, applies to this procurement. IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2007-18 and Defense Acquisition Circular 2007-08. Description of requirements: 1. The contractor will remove existing carpet, wall base, and transition stripping and replace with new carpet, wall base, and transition stripping in 16 rooms of building 2080 on Sheppard AFB, TX in accordance with the specifications and drawings in VNVP # 101072. Installation will be completed in 6 phases. Phase 1 - Rooms 107, 108, 109, 110 Phase 2 - Rooms 111 Phase 3 - Rooms 104, 105, 106 Phase 4 - Rooms 171, 172, 172A Phase 5 - Rooms 167, 168, 169, 170 Phase 6 - Rooms 102 See attached Statement of Work.
