Description

CISCO VoIP Sole Source Letter This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3ZT909170A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-33, effective date July 15, 2009; Defense DCN 20090715, effective date 22 July 2009; and AFAC 2009-0318 effective date 18 Mar 2009. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220. The business size standard is 750 Employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 5805. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3661. Travis AFB intends to award a Sole Source purchase order for CISCO VoIP Telephones. No other products will be accepted at this time. Award shall be made in aggragate, all or none. Quotes must be valid through 30 October. CLIN0001: Cisco Unified IP Phone 7975, Gig Ethernet, Color 1 CP-7975G. 100 Each. CLIN0002: CUCM.3X/4X.RTU license for single IP phone 7975 SW-CCM-UL-7975. 100 Each. CLIN0003: SMARTNET 8X5XNBD Cisco Unified IP Phones 7975 CONSNT-CP7975. 100 Each. Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. Offerors must provide writen acknowledgement to any and all amendments to this solicitation with their offer. Otherwise offer may not be considered for award. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items (June 2008). FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999): (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
