- The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is soliciting offers to procure SDRII Black Pipes. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. RMN00090156 herein cited is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-31. The solicitation is unrestricted and is solicited on an open market basis. Submit your quote as follows:The Part Numbers shown on the RFQ have been taken from McElroy, Inc. and are for Identification purposes only. The items the vendor has to offer are to be the same or equal to the Part Numbers references. 1. Part No. HDPE 3408, SDRII Black Pipe, 800 ft coil, 58,400.00 FT: $__________ The PE 3408 material conforms to ASTM D3350 with cell classification of 345464c/E and is listed with Plastic Pipe Institute's (PPI) TR4. Material is formulated with carbon black and/or ultraviolet stabilizer package against UV rays added assurance.2. Part No. A430101, Pitbull Fusion Machine, 1 each: $__________3. Part No. 439001, Manual Fusion Stand, 1 each: $__________4. Part No. 864201, Poly Porter, 2 each: $__________5. Part No. HDPE 3408, SDRII Black, (45 degree angle), 8 each: $__________6. Part No. 710 HDPE 3408, 11XMIP Transition, 8 each: $__________7. Part No. 712 HDPE 3408, 11XMIP Transition, 8 each: $__________3. Freight & Delivery: $________4. Applicable taxes. $ _____________. (New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax) Award shall be made to the offeror whose offer responds to all line items included in the solicitation. Failure to provide for any item shall render the offer nonresponsive and will be rejected. Incomplete offers will not be considered. Award will be made on an ALL or NONE BASIS. CONTRACT CLAUSES: The following clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items. In paragraph (a) of FAR 52.212-5 the following applies: FAR 52.233-3, Protest After Award (Aug 1996) (31 U.S.C. 3553); FAR 52.233-4, Applicable Law for Breach of Contract Claim (Oct 2004) (Pub. L.108-77, 108-78).
