- Application for or Temporary Import Foreign Visitor Request Form ALC Base Access Form The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Radar System Sensor (RSS) Acquisition Team continues to conduct market research regarding the state of the market for RSS and related technologies for the MH-60T helicopter. The USCG invites RSS manufacturers and interested vendors access to the MH-60T helicopter during August 27-28, 2009 to determine possible installation configurations. RSS manufacturers and interested vendors meeting the above criteria should indicate their interest and primary contact point by email to the Contracting Officer, Mr. Eric McDoniel, at Eric.C.McDoniel@uscg.mil prior to August 10, 2009. Responses received after August 10, 2009 may not be considered. Within your email, please complete the ALC Base Access Form. Foreign visitors that anticipate attending must also complete the attached Foreign Visitor Request Form and provide evidence of a current export license (DSP–5) outlined in the Applications for or Temporary Import attachment. The Government reserves the right to deny any visitor onto the USCG ALC. The Government will notify visitors not receiving access to the USCG ALC no later than August 24, 2009. Submission of a response to this Conference Notice is entirely voluntary. The voluntary submission of a response shall not obligate the USCG to pay or entitle the submitter to claim any direct or indirect costs or charges or any other remuneration whatsoever.
