- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please visit www.fedbizopps.gov and register to automatically receive procurement notification from FEDBIZOPPS. The system will inform you, via e-mail, when there has been activity on FEDBIZOPPS concerning this solicitation. The solicitation number is F1Z5049071A001 issued as a request for quotation. Responses/Offers are due by 3pm CDT, 14 Aug 09. This acquisition is set aside for emerging small businesses only with a NAICS Code: 562991 and the Size Standard: $7 million. CLIN 0001- Services, NONPERSONAL, Rental Services, FFR-Services, Non-Personal, Rental and Service for twelve Port-A-Potties located throughout the Fire Training Ground Area. Services shall be provided weekly in accordance with the attached statement of work. Basic Year Period 1 Oct 09 - 30 Sep 10. CLIN 0002- Services, NONPERSONAL, Rental Services, FFR-Services, Non-Personal, Rental and Service for twelve Port-A-Potties located throughout the Fire Training Ground Area. Services shall be provided weekly in accordance with the attached statement of work. First Option Year, 1 Oct 10 - 30 Sep 11. CLIN 0003- Services, NONPERSONAL, Rental Services, FFR-Services, Non-Personal, Rental and Service for twelve Port-A-Potties located throughout the Fire Training Ground Area. Services shall be provided weekly in accordance with the attached statement of work. Second Option Year, 1 Oct 11 - 30 Sep 12. CLIN 0004- Services, NONPERSONAL, Rental Services, FFR-Services, Non-Personal, Rental and Service for twelve Port-A-Potties located throughout the Fire Training Ground Area. Services shall be provided weekly in accordance with the attached statement of work. Third Option Year, 1 Oct 12 - 30 Sep 13. Required date of delivery is: 30 days after receipt of order.
