- This synopsis is posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at https://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce On Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. Description. This amendment is issued to correct the required product delivery date in synopsis N00178-09-Q-3053, extend the closing date, and clarify payment terms. 1) The required product delivery date is 45 days after receipt of order (ARO). Partial delivery prior to the delivery date will be accepted but the order must be completely fulfilled by 45 days ARO. 2) The amended closing date is 11:59 p.m. eastern daylight time 7 August 2009. 3) Payment terms are net 30 days. Questions or responses to this notice should be submitted via email to phillip.makely@navy.mil, must be received NLT 11:59 p.m. eastern daylight time, 7 August 2009, and must reference Quotation Number N00178-09-Q-3053.
