- Description
- This is notice of intent to issue a modification against existing contract number AB133C-08-SE-2526 with Word Craft for Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary located in Monterey, CA. The original purchase order issued in the amount of $20,000.00 for providing evaluation and statistical reports regarding the Bay Watershed Education (B-WET) And Training Program. Modification 01 to existing contract will add funds in the amount of $17,300.00. The additional funds will cover the additional cost for completing following tasks: • Develop and aid in the pilot testing of a basic set of evaluation questions to be used by grant recipients to measure the overall impact of the California B-WET program. • Attend workshops and offer guidance to grant recipients to build their evaluation skills and assist them with assessing the impact of their individual B-WET projects. • Conduct literature reviews, as requested, to answer best practices evaluation questions/issues faced by grant recipients (such as multicultural evaluation, the efficacy of brochures, artwork as an assessment tool, etc.) • Review and summarize evaluation reports (a meta-analysis) submitted by grant recipients to determine the overall impact of the California B-WET program. • Meet & consult as needed on local B-WET evaluation needs/issues. The Period of performance of existing contract will be extended thru Aug 31, 2010. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposal. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000.00. ****The Western Regional Acquisition Division, requires that all contractors doing business with this Acquisition Office be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) and complete online Representations and Certifications at http://orca.bpn.gov. NO award can be made unless the vender is registered in CCR. For additional information and to register in CCR please access the following web site: http://www.ccr.gov.
