- Synopsis This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number L09PS01158 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-30. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 541720 with a small business standard of 7.0 The Bureau of Land Management is in of a Ethnographic Study for Galisteo Basin in New Mexico. Work would include review of unpublished and published historical and ethnographic literature on Pueblo tribes and other Native American groups bearing on the historical and traditional use of the Galisteo Basin sites. Develop an ethnographic inquiry plan incorporating direct interviews and field visits. *All material shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work which can be found at http://www.fedconnect.net - Reference Solicitation L09PS01189 and find them under column named Documentation. The following clauses are applicable under this synopsis/solicitation: 52.212.1, 52.212.4 52.212.3, 52.212.5. The full text of these Commercial items clauses is available at http://www.arnet.gov/far. CCR Requirement- Company must be registered on Central Contract Registration (CCR), before an award can be made to them. If company is not registered in CCR, they may do so by going to CCR web site at http://www.ccr.gov.
