- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command MICC Center at Fort McPherson, GA intends to procure on a sole source basic with TRITECH FORENSICS, 4019 Executive Park Blvd., SE, Southport, NC 28461. The NACIS code for this requirement is 334519 and the business size is 500 employees. The product to be purchased will be a specialized design DNA-ACIL (BS) Collection Kit. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the product that will satisfy the Governments requirements. Any firm that believes it can furnish the product described above may submit a capability statement via written notification to the Contracting Officer. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. No multiple awards will be made. All responses received within three (3) days of the date of this publication (by 4:30pm, Thursday, August 6, 2009) for this advertisement will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to complete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All interested parties shall email LTC Douglas Lightner at doug.lightner@conus.army.mil. FAR 5.207(c)(15)(ii) All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
