Description

This is a pre-solicitation synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This acquisition is being procured under the authority of FAR 13.5, test program for commercial items (Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996). The Peace Corps has a requirement for transit benefits in support of the transit program for commuting employees in accordance with Executive Order 13150. This is notice of intent to sole source contract with the Washington Metro Area Transit Authority for fare cards to supplement the transit benefits program. The WMATA is the sole provider of this product. PC is not requesting information from resellers of this product. The PC intends to issue a purchase order for said items.
