- Services for contractor-provided fuel operations at Laughlin AFB, TX. The period of performance is a three-year base period (October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2013) with one, three-year option period. This procurement is set-aside for service-disabled veteran small business participation. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. The solicitation will be posted to FBO on or about August 21, 2009. A preproposal conference at Laughlin AFB will be held. The date is to be determined and will be posted to the FBO at a later date.
