Description: The purpose of this amendment is to include specifications for the LED Road Condition Signs. The LEDs must be high output with a 5x7 matrix size. The physical dimensions of the signs are as follows: the front surface must be a minimum of 10 feet wide and maximum of 16 inches high, and the sign can be a maximum of 14 inches thick.
