- SATOC Prime Contractors Contact Information. RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER SUSTAINMENT, RESTORATION & MODERNIZATION ACQUISITION TASK ORDER CONTRACT (SATOC). In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act of 2009, Pub.L. 111-5, the Government posts this presolicitation notice of intent to issue a task order under an established Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with the Prime Contractors presently assigned to the Sustainment, Restoration & Modernization Acquisition Task Order Contract (SATOC) which is operated by HQ AETC CONS LGCT office, c/o HQ AFCESA CONS CEKC at Tyndall AFB, FL. The Prime Contractors main point of contact is listed on the attached SATOC Prime Spreadsheet. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact the companies listed from this attachment. The SATOC Contractor is to provide the Government with a complete engineering design, construction, and warranty for the Repair of Interior Deluge System in Hangar 7 to meet current Air Force Standards. Project requires the modification of the existing open head deluge systems to closed head wet pipe sprinkler systems in Hangar 7. As the current deluge system is a dry pipe system converting to a wet pipe system, the Contractor is responsible for replacing seals, clamps, and joints on the existing piping to resolve any leaks in the system.
