Description: RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER DACW41-99-D-9008-0040. The Kansas City District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price task order using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds on contract task order DACW41-99-D-9008 for the Receipt and Disposal of Low-Activity Radioactive Material from Wayne Interim Storage Site, Wayne, New Jersey. The task order will be awarded to US Ecology Idaho, Inc. In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act (ARRA) of 2009, Pub.L. 11-5; the Government posts this preaward notice of task order to an existing Firm Fixed Price Contract for Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Radioactive Waste Disposal for NORM, 11(e)2, Low Activity and RCRA Waste Streams.
