- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z3849201A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-33 Effective 15 Jul 2009, Defense DCN 20090715 effective 22 July 2009, and AFAC 2009-0803 effective 18 March 09. This acquisition is 100% small business set aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 442210. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is J072. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5713. 0001-REMOVE AND REPLACE UP TO 1200 LINEAL FEET OF EXISTING SHEET VINYL COVE. NEW MATRIAL WILL BE 1/4 TURNED AND INSTALLED IN THE LONGEST LENGHT POSSIBLE. MATERIAL WILL REPLACE THE EXISTING COVE AND EXTEND 6" OUT FROM THE WALL. IT WILL BE HEAT WELDED TO THE EXISTING SHEET VINYL. WORK WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE MAIN CORRIDORS, AIRLOCKS, ROOMS 121, 124, 128 AND 129.aLSO INCLUDES REPAIR OF UP TO 12 GOUGES OR HOLES IN EXISTING FLOOR AREA. COST INCLUDES MATERIAL AND LABOR AS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE REPAIR. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK Qty: 1 Lum Sum Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999): (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
