- Description
- WCC intends to competitively award a FFP order, subject to availability of funds, for one each tractor with attachments, brand name: John Deere 7530 or equal (FSC 3537). Tractor, with kommunal hydraulic suitable for attachment of snow plow and salt spreader, 4 wheel steering system; speed up to 50 k.p.h; diesel engine, 6 cylinders, minimum 195 HP; reduced emission according Tier III European exhaust norm. Attachments: Snowblow and spreader equipment, salt and gravel spreader and front-mounted mower. Tractor and attachments shall meet the valid DINs and German safety rules and shall be GS certified. The Contractor shall provide training in the operation and maintenance of equipment at destination. Training shall be a minimum of 8 hours and shall be in the German language. Time of delivery: Four months after date of order. Earlier delivery is encouraged at no additional cost to the US Government. Delivery is FOB destination Grafenwoehr, Germany. Procurement is being conducted IAW requirements of FAR Part 13, Subpart 13.5 and FAR Part 12. Request for Quotation (RFQ) W912CM-09-T-0269 will be issued on or about 28 Aug 09 with a closing date of on or about 14 Sep 09. A copy of the RFQ may be requested in writing from Ms. Rostock-Clements by email: roswitha.rostockclementsv@us.army.mil The request shall include the requestors complete name and address, telephone and fax number as well an email address.
