- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The United States Air Force (USAF) intends to award a sole source, commercial, firm-fixed price purchase order to Operations Technology Inc. One Base year, plus 3 option years, to provide annual calibration/recertification and scheduled preventive maintenance for one (1) each OPTEK QC5000 Model 613V, S/N 606, Optical Measurement/Inspection Workstation IAW attached Statement of Work. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All qualified sources interested in this requirement should submit quotes along with CAGE Code, DUNS Number, Taxpayers ID, and Point of Contact information to: Barbara Freeman, Contract Specialist at barbara.freeman@robins.af.mil. All respondent offerors must be registered in www.ccr.gov in order to be eligible for contract award. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC)2005-33, 15 July 2009,DFARS Change Notice 20090715. NAICS Code: 334519 Place of Performance: Robins AFB, GA FOB Destination CLIN 0001, One-time non-personal services to include all labor, parts, tools, materials and transportation necessary for annual calibration/recertification and scheduled preventive maintenance for (1) one each OPTEK QC5000 Model 613v, S/N 606 Optical Measurement/Inspection Workstation IAW attached Statement of Work.
