- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F1D7419117AC01, is being issued as a Request for Quotiation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisiton Circular (FAC) 2005-16. This procurement is 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502(b). The NAICS code is 334111 and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: CLIN 0001- CWNCM-1.3 CORE -K9: CORE SOFTWARE (QUANTITY 1) CLIN 0002- CWNCM-1X-INC500: INCREMENTAL LICENSE FOR 500 MANAGED NODES (QUANTITY 1) CLIN 0003- CON-SAS-NCM13COR: SW APP SUPP CWNCM CORE SOFTERWARE ONLY (SERVICE ITEM) (QUANTITY 1) CLIN 0004- CON-SAS-CW1XNIC5: SW APP SUPP CWNCM (SERVICE ITEM) (QUANTITY 1) CLIN 0005- CWNCM-CORE: ALERT CENTER CORE SOFTWARE (QUANTITY 1) CLIN 0006- CWNCMAC-1X-500: ALERT CENTER FOR 500 MANAGED NOTES (QUANTITY 1) CLIN 0007- CON-SAS-ALRTCORE: SW APP SUPP CWNCM ALERT CENTER SUBSCRIPTION BASE (QUANTITY 1) CLIN 0008- CONS-SAS-ALRTC500: SW APP SUPP CWNCM ALERT CENTER SUB-SW SUPP (QUANTITY 1) Delivery shall be FOB destination with a required delivery date no later than 60 calendar days after contract award. The delivery location shall be 1539 D Street, Room 20, Andrews AFB MD 20762. Award basis: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
