- This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) requirement for a total Estimated Annual Quantity of 180 each. Project Number is IQC09189009009 for National Stock Number (NSN) 2840-01-387-0351 to procure a Seal, Metallic; Aircraft. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Government First Article Testing and Production Lot Testing apply to this procurement. The Government's required delivery schedule is 324 DARO with Government First Article Testing and Production Lot Testing applies. The OEM Mfg. is Kaydon Ring and Seal Inc (CAGE: 75370) under Part Number 601773. One approved source of supply: General Electric Company (CAGE: 99207) under Part Number 601773. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This procurement is Unrestricted. Other than Full and Open Competition procedures applies in accordance with (10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) FAR 6.302-1). Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Configuration Control Applies. A copy of this solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
