- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed priced contract for a Annual Installation Antiterrorism/CBRN Exercise for DPTMS, Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, GA. ****This was acidentally posted as W9134M09T0042***** Contractor must have sufficient personnel with required subject matter expertise in the following fields: Antiterrorism/ Force Protection Operations, Police and Fire Emergency Services, Medical Response for Mass Casualties, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Detection/response, Civil Military Operations in CONUS, Crisis Management using the National Incident Management System, Public Affairs support during a crisis, Legal aspects of Antiterrorism/Crisis response, Resource Management, Information Management Operations, Application of Joint Guardian, and Installation Protection Program doctrine and equipment. The Fort Stewart (FS) and Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF) installations will enhance its state of AT / FP / CBRN preparedness through the conduct of a 24-hour, full-scale exercise response designed to validate the current FS/HAAF Antiterrorism Plan, Installation Crisis Management Center (CMC) and Installation Operations Center (IOC) standard operating procedures, and test Crisis Management Team (CMT) and emergency responders in the response and mitigation of a simulated terrorist attack using a CBRN weapon causing mass casualties. The event includes both a Command Post Exercise and a Field Exercise supported by Contract Personnel. The NAICS code is 541611 and the size standard is $6.5 Mil. This action is unrestricted. A written solicitation will be posted o/a 06 August 2009 at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi.
