Description

Request for quotation form to be submitted in response to this listing. Statement of Work detailing installation requirements and evaluation criteria for quotations. Install a Security and Camera Surveillance Alarm System to monitor for intrusion, video, fire, panic and trouble calls for Mokupapapa Discovery Center and office, located in the S. Hata Building at 308 Kamehameha Avenue, Hilo, HI 96720. System Recommendations: The system should be upgradeable, expandable and provide the widest array of features. System to include Motion Detector's (hardwired/wireless) passive infrared red sensor (PIR) to be installed in each of the exhibit rooms, wet lab classroom and in entry ways of Suites 202 and 203. Cameras should be mounted for monitoring; could contain controlling software and connected to a stand-alone digital recorder. There should also be a monitor located in the main hall connected to the system for staff and volunteers to monitor activity throughout the center. An alarm key pad should be located in both the main office, Suite 203 and in the front entrance of Mokupapapa Discovery Center for controlled access by employees. System includes installation, all parts and labor, programming and testing and a 12-month monitoring, parts and repair plan.
