- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912EQ09R0019. RECOVERY--The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District has the requirement for a contractor is to a Buoy Tending Transport boat and trailer as per the specifications in the solicitation. The solicitation number is W912EQ-09-R-0019 and is being issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). This procurement is set aside 100% for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 336612 with a size of 500 personnel. The complete solicitation can be downloaded on or about August 10, 2009 at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm by searching on the solicitation number. All responsible sources submitting a proposal shall be considered by the agency. Proposals must be submitted in hard copy, either through regular mail, carrier or hand delivered. Regardless of method of delivery, it is the offerors responsibility to ensure receipt of proposal by the time and date stated herein. Contractors shall submit proposals on each CLIN.
