- Description
- The Nebraska National Forests and Grasslands has a contract opportunity to furnish all necessary labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies and incidentals necessary to repair drainage crossings and other soft areas in native surface roads. Repairs will be made by installation of 3 inch to 8 inch oversized river rock. At drainage crossings and at soft spots where the road has a relatively flat cross section a trench will be excavated for the rock installation. Government estimated is less than $25,000. This requirement is 100 percent set aside for emerging small business under NAICS code of 237310. A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled on August 20, 2009 at 11:00am CST at Wall Ranger District, 708 Main Street, Wall, SD 57790. A site visit will be done immediately following meeting.
