The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service intends to award a firm-fixed price task order for design services for the repair of the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning System to Building 3 at the Grain Marketing and Production Research Center (GMPRC) 1515 College Avenue, Manhattan, KS 66502. The renovations are to address deferred maintenance of critical mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and incidental repairs.. This task order will be issued against an existing contract which has already been competed under the Brooks Act and awarded as an Architect-Engineering Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity Contract. This opportunity is available only to the contractor under contract AG-3K15-C-07-0009. This task order will be awarded to AJC Architects, 703 East 1700 South, Salt Lake City, Utah 84105.
