- Pre-Solicitation Notice RFP 200-1067-MA The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services for adult male and female Federal offenders residing within the state of Delaware (New Castle, Kent, and Sussex County). Residential services include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, including subsistence. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work entitled, "Residential Reentry Center, August 2007, Revision 01, December 2007, CCB, Revision 02, December 2008, CCB". An indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract with a one year base period and four one-year options is anticipated. The services are estimated to be 67 % male and 33% female for the guaranteed minimum amounts and 75% male and 25% female for the estimated maximum amounts. The estimated number of inmate days is 4,380 minimum/8,760 maximum for the initial one-year Base Period, 4,392 minimum/8,784 maximum for Option Year 1, and 4,380 minimum/8,760 maximum for Option Year 2, Option Year 3, and Option Year 4. The solicitation (RFP 200-1067-MA) will be available on August 10, 2009, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date for RFP 200-1067-MA will be on or about October 9, 2009. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency. Faith-Based and Community-Based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. No collect calls will be accepted.
