Description

The project is the Janitorial Services on the North Bend Compound of the Snoqualmie Ranger District. The area consists of the Main Office (Bldg. No. 2031, 3000 square feet), Public Services Office (Building No 2131, 1200 square feet), Conference Center (Bldg. No. 2230, 2500 square feet), and the Fire Office (Bldg No. 2032, 1109 square feet). The square footage refers to net assignable and related use space, including all restrooms and inside storage areas. Snoqualmie Ranger District offices are located at 902 S.E. North Bend Way, Bldg #1, North Bend, Washington. Travelling east on I-90, take Exit #31 to North Bend. At the bottom of the exit, proceed left around the roundabout and continue on through two stop lights. At the third stop light turn right onto North Bend Way. Proceed on North Bend Way to the Ranger Station which is located approximately 1/2 mile past the city center, on the left. The estimated issue date is on or about August 25, 2009. The estimated start work date is October 01, 2009 with a contract duration of 2 years ending approximately in September 30, 2011. The project is 100% set aside for Small Business concerns.
