NSN 1680-01-172-8715, PR number IQC09194009040, Link Assy, Tail Rotor, used on the AH-64 Apache Helicopter. Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years. Guaranteed Min/Min Order Qty30, Estimated Annual demand Qty/Max Order Qty 120, Max Contract Qty per year is 240. Orders are to be shipped within 96 days After Receipt of Orders to stock locations in the Continental United States. Approved sources are McDonnell Douglas Helicopter, CAGE 8V613, W and G Machine Co., CAGE 33682 and Prescott Aerospace, CAGE 0BR71. P/N 7-211525051-3. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement may be accessed on the “C folders” link from the DIBBS website after the issue date of the solicitation. Solicitation is Full and open competition after exclusion of sources, 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date is August 27, 2009 with a closing date of September 28, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
