Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN STAR #: 9IN2090 INDIANAPOLIS, IN The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space on the first floor. The space offered should consist of approximately 13,322 rentable square feet in Indianapolis, IN. The space must yield a minimum of 11,032 and a maximum of 11,584 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet and be within 2 blocks of regularly scheduled public transportation. The Government will require seventy (70) surface parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: 71st ending at the East property line of Eagle Creek Park South: Rockville Rd East: Interstate 465 West: County Line (Raceway Rd.) ending at I74 on the North. The remaining North and West boundary are the East and South property lines of Eagle Creek Reservoir and Eagle Creek Park. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, ten (10) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 1, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
