Description
Workstation Schematic 1. THIS IS AN UPDATED SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT TO BE USED FOR MARKET ANALYSIS ONLY TO DETERMINE THE AVAILABILITY OF POTENTIAL SMALL BUSINESS CATEGORIES, FOR POTENTIAL SET-ASIDES. NO AWARDS WILL BE MADE FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. THEREFORE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION. ALL RESPONSES WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR A FUTURE ACQUISITION. 2. Cannon AFB, NM is seeking sources interested in a possible contract to provide 1) one high-resolution touch sensitive tabletop display device with applicable interface software. Interface must incorporate intuitive three-dimensional spatial mapping interface with ability to accept data ingest from multiple sources and display fused data overlaid on selectable scale levels of maps/imagery. Hardware should include warranty, installation and 3 man-months of development and integration activity to assist in data ingest/fusion and related networking activities. 2) Eight high resolution workstations display systems. These displays need to be curved approx 120 degrees around a single user, and should be one fused and continuous wrapping logical display in an ergonomically maximized manner. Displays must incorporate up to 12 dynamically movable and scalable video/computer inputs (including output from tabletop display) that can be reconfigured via GUI over entire high-resolution work surface. Distance separating any panels utilized for construction of display must not exceed 8mm in a 2x3 matrix. Display should be mountable on existing workstation surfaces and include warranty and installation support. See attached mock up top down drawing and workstation schematic for details. This display will be replacing the six monitors shown in the schematic. 3. All interested parties are invited to provide the following information for your company/institution and for any teaming or joint venture partners, provide examples of past experience on projects from Department of Defense, State and Local agencies that are similar in scope. Provide description, dollar value and government activity (i.e., West Point, City of New York, etc.): A. Company/Institute Name and CAGE code. B. Mailing Address. C. Point of Contact (to include phone/fax and e-mail). D. Web site, if applicable. E. State if your company is registered under NAICS code 541512 or not. F. State whether your company is small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned small, HUB-Zone, 8(a) certified business concern, service disabled veteran owned, or etc. G. State the size of your company in terms of personnel. H. Degree of experience with this type of engineering I. Identify any past or current Government contracts for micro-engineering J. Briefly describe how your company can satisfy the requirements described above, and your associated technical capabilities in 5 pages (one-sided, 12 pitch, Times New Roman) or less. 4.
