- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F13C19209A003, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 238210 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; 0001 -Fire Alarm Panel - M-2 Integrated RAdio Transceiver Fire Alam Control Panel 4 Class B and 2 Class A. Zones. 24"x18"x3.6in ver Card. Radio Frequency is 139.675 MHZ. 120/240 Volt. Recommended Source Monaco Enterprises/GSA 509-926-6277x 1343 POC: Laurette Kennelly, Part # 227-555-12 QTY 4ea 0002- CoAXIAL Cable Type 1, Connects omnidirectional antenna to fire alarm panel. comes in 40' lgth. Recommended Source is Monaco Enterprises/GSA 509-929-6277 x1343; POC: Laurette Kennelly, Part # 626-000-02 QTY 4ea. 0003-Fire Alarm Panel NEMA1, M-2 Monaco - M-2 integrated Radio transceiver Fire Alarm control Panel 4 Class B and 2 Class A zones. 28"x18"x3.5" ver. card. Radio Frequency is 139.675 MHZ. 120/240 volt MFG Part #. 227-551-00 Recommended Source Monaco Enterprises/GSA 509-926-6277 x1343 POC: Laurette Kennelly QTY 2ea. Items shall be received 30 Days ADC, FOB: Destination for delivery to LACKLAND AFB, TX 78236. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal.
