- REQUEST FOR QUOTATION: This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification NAICS code is 453998 or 423450 with a small business size standard of $6.5 million or less. Shipping costs, if applicable, are required; Delivery time is required NLT 15 Oct 2009 Delivery location is Lansing, MI 48906. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912JB-09-T-2041, and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2005-16 and Defense Acquisition Circular Number 91-11, 20081124 Edition. This RFQ is being conducted as a commercial item procurement using Acquisition of Commercial items (FAR Part 14). Contract financing will NOT be provided for this acquisition. The Government reserves the right to not make an award at all. Quotations are being solicited and a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type Purchase Order(s) is anticipated. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. This solicitation is for Warehouse shelving of a mobile and stationary type, delivery, and set-up. The Warehouse currently is being renovated with no prior existing shelving systems. NOTE: Government is requesting participation in a walk through of the facility to be conducted at 0900 on August 21st 2009 with all parties interested in bidding on this quote. ***If quoting all specs are required*** *** See attached Documents*** Copies of all provisions and clauses, including Representations and Certifications, are available at http://www.arnet.gov/far. OFFERS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 0900, LOCAL TIME( EST), 31 August 09.
