- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) W81NTH90893300 Request For Quote (RFQ) is issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. (iii) Applicable NAICS code to the below line items is 334310. ITEM NO: Quantity: Unit: Description 0001: 1 Lot: Software for Wellness Center Grafenwoehr. Software must run with MS Vista/XP. Lot consists of: 1 - DietMaster Pro, Mfr: Lifestyles Technologies, www.lifestylestech.com 1 - Diet Master Pro Additional Licenses, Mfr: Lifestyles Technologies, www.lifestylestech.com 1 - DietMaster Pro Series II Meal Templates, Mfr: Lifestyles Technologies, www.lifestylestech.com 1 - PC-Kits Network Edition, Mfr: VHI Kits, www.vhikits.com 2 - Strength Training PC Module, Mfr: VHI Kits, www.vhikits.com 2 - Stretching PC Module, Mfr: VHI Kits, www.vhikits.com 2 - Tubing PC Module, Mfr: VHI Kits, www.vhikits.com 1 - Fitness Analyst Network Version, Mfr: BSDI, www.bsdifitness.com 1 - Health Professional emWave PC Package, Mfr: Heartmath, www.heartmathstore.com (iv) The above software is brand name only. The proposed software needs to be compatible with existing equipment as stated above. Offeror submitting brand name must provide technical description of software to ensure they are offering the right products.
