- Description
- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because this is an order under an existing contract that was awarded using non-competitive procedures. The Los Angeles District has a requirement to repair the Hot/Chilled Loop Feed System at Ft. Irwin, CA to include removal of concrete walkway or existing piping. Installation of new concrete vaults, concrete material, reinforcement, and trench floor grade, excavation and compaction of existing base floor to 90% density, installation of new copper tubing, fittings, and valves. Piping shall be insulated with Phenolic Foam or equal. Borrow pits may be used by contractor. Install concrete for the slab on grade, trench walls, and trench covers
